Production Description

(1) Drive independently on both sides, controlled by a microcomputer, and use constant speed automatic control technology for paving speed.

(2) Shangchai SC7H190 water-cooled turbocharged engine (optional Dalian Deutz engine BF6M2012), mature and reliable, with strong power.

(3) Adopting a three in one strong composite radiator, it can ensure long-term continuous operation at a high temperature of 50 ℃ through forced centralized heat dissipation.

(4) Four independent hydraulic systems are used for left and right feeding and material distribution, and ultrasonic sensing control technology is used for material level to ensure constant material level.

(5) The left and right material separation devices can be easily moved up and down to adapt to different paving thicknesses and reduce material segregation.

(6) The material separation blades are made of high wear-resistant alloy materials, and the feeding bottom plate and ironing plate bottom plate are made of imported wear-resistant steel plates, effectively extending the service life of the machine.

(7) Equipped with a mechanical extended double vibrating air heating ironing plate, the paving thickness is large and the operation density is high.
